 Recruitment Policy

Our recruitment policy guides us in recruiting using the ESSA system as well as through direct recruitment in special schools. We have established relationships with special schools located near our factories and through these relationships we are able to identify potential SEE recruits who are encouraged to register their CV’s on the ESSA System for future recruitment drives. Our primary focus is on special schools that offer woodwork, sewing and metalwork as part of their learner training and curriculum.

Recruitment Capacity

We are arguably the largest employment creator for persons with disabilities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Our factories currently employ just over 1000 persons with disabilities across the country, with the capacity to increase this number to 2000. Our focus on this vulnerable sector of our society is what sets us apart from other manufacturing entities in the country. We have over seven decades of manufacturing experience and it is through this that we are able to provide ongoing skills development and training to our factory workers.
